Meet Taylor

Founder | ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist

My journey into fitness didn’t begin with aesthetics—it began with healing.

After becoming a mother, I experienced firsthand how hormonal imbalance, inflammation, and stress can completely change how your body looks, feels, and responds—despite doing “all the right things.” As a lifelong athlete, training and nutrition were never foreign to me. What was missing was real support, education, and solutions that worked with my body instead of against it.

When traditional approaches and limited medical guidance fell short, I took matters into my own hands. I immersed myself in research, testing different methods, recovery strategies, nutrition protocols, and training styles to discover what actually worked—for my hormones, metabolism, and nervous system.

That experience became the foundation of Taylor Made Body & Beauty.

Today, I help women reconnect with their bodies, rebuild strength, and reclaim confidence through intentional training, personalized nutrition, recovery-focused movement, and beauty-from-within practices—because transformation should feel empowering, not exhausting.
